Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Executive to develop overseas business opportunities and drive project conversion. The role involves working closely with international clients across hospitality, commercial and residential projects, participating in the full sales cycle from initial consultation and requirement analysis through to negotiation and contract closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • · Identify, develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients, including developers, hotel groups, design firms and procurement companies.

  • · Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to formulate project solutions.

  • · Manage project opportunities throughout the sales process, including quotation preparation, negotiations and contract execution.

  • · Coordinate with design, production and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.

  • · Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business and future opportunities.


Qualifications

  • · Bachelor's degree or above.

  • · Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, export business or related fields.

  • · Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • · Experience in design, construction, interior furnishing, hospitality or art-related industries is preferred.

  • · Prepare tender documents, quotations and quantity-related documentation.

  • · Oversee procurement activities and supplier management.
